Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star makes shock exit from series

Amanda Frances announced Wednesday that her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ‘was complete’ after only one season of starring on the Bravo show.

‘Saying yes to this show was one of the boldest, wildest, most clarifying things I’ve ever done. And I am genuinely grateful – grateful for the experience,’ the 40-year-old ‘Money Queen,’ who boasts 1.1 million social media followers,wrote on Instagram.

‘The women. The viewers who saw me, rooted for me, challenged me, quoted me, misunderstood me, defended me, found my work, bought my books, or simply watched me try to explain metaphysics in a room full of diamonds and side-eyes.

‘It was a ministry, honestly. But I came into this experience with an already-full life. And right now, that life is asking for all of me.’

Frances continued: ‘Every room has something to teach you. Some rooms expand you. Some challenge you. Some misunderstand you. Some show you parts of yourself you couldn’t have seen anywhere else. And some remind you who you already are.

‘Beverly Hills, thank you. I am taking the clarity, the lessons, the plot twists, the spiritual warfare, and the occasional deeply unnecessary dinner party drama into all that God has for me next.’

During season 15, a blog post the Oklahoma-born businesswoman wrote in 2011 resurfaced, which detailed her two years living in a controlling, religious ‘cult.’

Frances shared a slideshow of snaps of happier times with her former castmates, but she notably did not include Dorit Kemsley or Bozoma Saint John – both of whom she had tense moments with on the show.

Jennifer Tilly was the first from the cast to comment: ‘Amanda, good luck on your journey going forward. I can’t wait to read your new book! You are so funny and sweet and smart. We will miss you.’

Frances has no background in finance and holds a master’s degree in counseling from Southern Methodist University and a BA in psychology from Oral Roberts University.

‘I am creating, teaching, building, and continuing the work I have done for over 15 years – making sure women know that they can have it f***ing all,’ she wrote.

‘And while this show gave me an incredible platform – A platform is not the same thing as a foundation. And one of the greatest gifts of the experience was seeing just how strong my foundation actually is.’

The former nanny just completed editing her upcoming 338-page second literary effort Holy F*** – hitting shelves August 18 – and she’s scheduled to kick off her three-city book tour on August 18 in Los Angeles, California.

‘[It’s] a teaching memoir about God, desire, money, personal power, freedom, and becoming the woman you came here to be,’ she described.

The busy mompreneur and the 40-year-old California Flooring and Construction CEO are raising a blended brood including their son Canaan, four, and daughter Delilah, two, as well as his children, Liam, nine, and Shoshana, seven, from a prior marriage.

The couple own California homes in Bel Air and Newport Beach.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Frances and Bravo’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
